As a Marketing and Branding manager you will be responsible for developing brand image and driving key business objectives, inclusive of achieving sales plan, retaining customers and growing new customers via different marketing campaigns and channels.


• Education – Masters Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication

• Experience – 3.5+ years of Performance Marketing Experience

• Communication Skills – strong written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical Skills - You must have strong analytical ability, be detail-oriented and
extremely organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of marketing strategy such as seasonal campaigns, holiday campaigns, special projects, that require 360 marketing support from planning stage through development, execution and results recap.

• Continuously evaluate brand image and create strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Work cross functionally with teams, including Social & Digital media, Data Science, Sales, Creative design to develop campaign briefs that effectively represent project goals and produce assets required for campaign execution.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM and direct content marketing targeted towards online sales.

• Develop digital advertising plan (e.g. target customers, means of communication, timelines).

• Create strategic media plans to drive ecommerce goals.

• Manage marketing team’s activity calendar which includes promotional support, holiday events, and core brand initiatives/launches (i.e. loyalty, new product launches, etc.)

• Assist with Audience Planning and Customer Journey building.

• Contribute in redesigning of website inclusive of usability, design and content in light of DM strategy

• Develop Brand Advertising, Brand Social, and Email Marketing to develop full-funnel strategies and customer journeys.

• Manage budget and continuously scrutinize costs & KPIs to achieve optimal efficiencies.

• Oversee all Digital Marketing reporting and dashboards.
